Note that you should be wary of turning on the grass if your machine is lower-end. There are approximately 14 million triangles worth of grass spawned in the scene, and they do not encompass the entire map - only the pieces seen by the camera.
I personally encounter a very small performance impact with the grass on, but if you attempt to use snap-placement (holding down shift and moving an element), then you will probably experience extreme fps drops like I did. I highly recommend you turn the grass off while placing and posing models - only turn it on when lighting and rendering.
Feel free to use the map, DMXs, and assets for anything you want. As I said, I built these for my as-yet-unfinished Wilderness project, but there's no reason I can't share the set while I work on finishing the project.
