**THIS UPDATE WILL BREAK ANY EXISTING PROJECTS WITH NYOTENGU**
- Corrected hair doodads (they are now correctly jiggleboned)
- Corrected neck & head bones having counter rotations (rotating them together in the Graph Editor, with "local rotations" enabled, would cause them to collapse in on each other. This has now been resolved)
- Oriented neck & head bones along world axes (rotating them left/right now makes them rotate exactly that way, rather than at a skew angle)
- Corrected parts of wings being incorrectly rigged to the neck-tie ribbons
- Blended the rigging of the wings, so they deform less terribly
