Due as Stupidly Source manages coloreable texutres with anything that has masks (included transparency and glow) the headlights are separated, you need attach the headlights to the vehicle
The car is based on 1952 Chevrolet Styleline DeLuxe, Curiosity this vehicle is the one used during the Pre-Early/Alfa 2010/2011 Gameplays and Trailers when the game was X-COM and later XCOM: The Bureau until 2K Marin decided to cannibalize the vehicle by eliminating the roof, placing suicide doors and for some reason an anagonist radio that does not fit at all in the 1960s
Some of the textures (such as Glass and the Headlight) were made by scratch or taken from Mafia II since the original one could not be found in the game files.
