Final call to arms against Article 13

Article 13 is almost a fact of life. Let's not allow it to pass. Take action now and ensure that sites like SFMLab continue to exist. This legislation could hurt the internet. Big time. I'm really new to SFM and I managed how to get the head/hoodie placed properly sliding the default setting, but I'm having issues with locking all the pieces together, I think I'm doing it wrong, do I need to lock all the bones from each part to make everything work fine, I tried locking to the root and then rotating the head for ruines some parts of the neck for example, I feel like i'm not doing it properly.
