Life is Strange - Toilets


Description

As part of an ambitious project to recreate the Life is Strange environments in Garry's Mod - This is the first part that has been completed in under a day's work!

FEATURES:

  • Recreation of the Toilet environment from "Life is Strange" (Episode 1)
  • Models / Textures ported from "Life is Strange"

Disclaimer:

  • This is not a 100% Accurate recreation of the "Life is Strange" Environments.
    This is because Source is 10 years old and cannot compete with the Unreal Engine.
    Furthermore, I cannot port directly from Unreal Engine to Source Engine.

  • This map uses Assets found in the "Life is Strange" Game. (Please "DonTnoD / Square Enix" dont sue me.)

Fucking great work on this map. It ain't a pixel perfect recreation, but goddamn it looks great anyways. Love it, and keep up the good work.

yes, it is a very good map, but i have some minor issues--maybe someone (OP?) might help with that: like you see on my screenshot, there are parts of the tiles into those mirros which doesn't appear on you preview pictures op. the second thing i've noticed is that the ceiling light doesn't glow as bright like on your screenshots, did you install additional light or is it something i can tweak around with in SFM? (i've aleady tried the bloomscale but it dowsn't seem to take effect on this particula light). any help would be appreciated, and again, great map and thx for sharing:)

the bloomscale actually does have an effect on the ceiling light, but i just doesn't look as good and all the other areas around the washing tables gets too light to quickly by scaling bloom too high.
