Final call to arms against Article 13

Article 13 is almost a fact of life. Let's not allow it to pass. Take action now and ensure that sites like SFMLab continue to exist. This legislation could hurt the internet. Big time. Make this the universe where we ensure the enduring freedom and openness of the internet. Let us protect our digital rights.

Sahagin Beastmen (FFXIV)

Description

Second FFXIV Beastman race has been ported! This one went much much much smoother than the Amalj’aa due to me actually knowing what I’m doing now. The rig is also much better this time around, although deformation around the shoulders can still get a bit awkward.

Features:

Valve standard skeleton that works with rig_simple
4 different bodygrouped helmet options (including no helmet) with 3 different skins
10 different body skins
Jewelry bodygroupable
Head fin has a flex to add expressiveness or to get it out of the way when wearing a helmet.

Hopefully people find this useful, and feel free to send me comments or feedback! Also check out the Sahagin Prop Pack for scene building.

As always, thanks to IonCannon for his work on being able to access the FFXIV archives, and all credit for the models and textures goes to the FFXIV team.

To do in v1.3:

  • Improve the quality of the shoulder joint.

@somethingwrong - thanks as always m8 @ComradeXSnarky - I'll be home in a hour so I'll double check the upload then.

Sorry, the model files were in there, but I forgot to put them in the \models\FFXIV\sahagin folder. I uploaded a fixed version, but you'll just want to delete them from your root \models directory to avoid having doubles.
