@fak3d3ath Re-checked the rig and model but everything seems correctly named and works like it should for me. have you tried renaming the model before applying the rig, I found that that sometimes solves the issue, also make sure to use the rig that's included with the pack, I don't know if there are alternate versions around. Let me know if this solves the problem otherwise I'll delve into it a little bit deeper.

@alferitu Same way, SFM should still recognize the bones if you drag the base model over the costume in the animation set editor. Whether it's rigged or not. Basically the steps are: 1) load base model and costume model you want to use. 2) drag base model onto costume model in animation set editor, this locks the costumes bones to the bones of the base model. 3) select costume model and use zero slider. 4) open unknown tab on costume model and use default slider on the parts that have no lock in front of them.

@Scyllunacy Lock costume to base by dragging base onto it, then use zero slider and lastly open unknown tab on costume piece and use the default slider on non-locked items to return them to their proper positions.

@w3ndy I can port a costume, but making one is probably a challenge too far. But I'll keep it in mind should I ever run into something similar.
