No items are available. Maybe upload some stuff?
@Gwamp *when you try to make a diss but inadvertently admit to liking prepubescent body types*
port looks good. the question I ask myself is why are female video game characters becoming more flat-chested and flat-assed than ever before. I miss the curvier models of old.
turns out the bones are perfectly fine. Your rig is a bit off. If anyone wants to get working rig, just use auto-rigger and the standard connections (thigh > knee > ankle, shoulder > elbow > wrist)
if you're too lazy to fix the bones it would be nice if you would upload the source files so someone else can quickly edit them
confirming the model displays correctly now, thanks.
no worries man, mistakes like this always happen. The model looks good though and we appreciate you sharing. Will test the new version out when i get a sec
^ if people have to do anything else other than drag and drop the models and materials folders into usermod, then YOU, the porter, fucked up. Why not fix it on your end and re-upload? I say this as someone who has done porting in the past, that's why I'm a bit annoyed here. I know it's an easy fix on your end, so why not, you know, fix your shit.
"if the model is invisible you probably messed up the files."
I love that your default response is to assume someone else messed up the files, not that you the porter, potentially made a mistake.
confirming model is invisible, can't see anything. Please use the HL2 Model Viewer before sharing files. It allows you to preview how the model will look in the game and will help you spot errors like this ahead of time. You access HL2MV through launching the SFM SDK in Steam and then clicking Model Viewer. In the Model Viewer there should be a button top left to Load Models (it might say "File" and then you have to scroll to that option)
the bones are likely not parented correctly. You should be able to fix this in Blender. If you make the source + Blender files available I could probably fix it.
