model has finger, cape posing.

It does not have mouth and eye posing, but it does have the option to switch between 13 facial expressions by picking from his head bodygroups, there's also a bodygroup for open/closed eyes.

there's a weird line on his cape, but it's not super noticable I hope...

No, it's called you didn't do any proper work. You slapped the model in without even thinking that anything was wrong. Smash 4 models have their shading handled in the alpha channel of the bump map texture. In order to apply this shading to the model in Source, simply copy the alpha channel from the bump map, and paste it onto the color texture as a "Multiply" layer. Instantly 10x better than what you have here. You also need to invert the green channel of the bump map texture, as the Smash lighting engine reads those values inversely. After those two steps are complete, you should have something that is at least somewhat close to the in game model.
