I don't know why Source thinks the eyes are further back in the head when I'm giving it the right coordinates and transforms are applied, but I just put a bit lower value for Y coordinates and hoping that it will be workable. ~(' - ' )~
What you can do is load the model in HLMV, uncheck "Enable Eye Look" on the "Render Tab", then zoom in close and view the eyes from the side.
**[This bubble distortion](http://i.imgur.com/gC3unYW.png)** is the double-eye.
Simply tweak the Y values very slightly for your eyes and recompile to see which way it distorts the eye. And try to reach the apex point where it goes from getting better to getting worse.
Note that, in many cases, if you want full range of eye motion left/right, you are going to need some double-eye. It's a compromise, really.

@LordAardvark Thanks, that's more or less what I did. Also set $SphereTexKillCombo to 1. But it annoys me because although it looks okay now, the coordinates are wrong :@ But I guess one can't let OCD's and consistency bother oneself when dealing with GabenWare, it being famous about its consistency, especially when compiling models.
