This is my first port ever from MMD to SFM, so expect huge amount of bugs.
The original mmd model can be found at:
If you found any bugs, please let me know in the comment section so I will try to fix it if possible.
This model has around 600+ bones by default. That is why it contains 3 parts for each model.
A total of 6 mdl files are included:
haku_top_skirt.mdl - Head skirt for Haku
young_haku.mdl - The main model for Haku young version
In order to attach the skirt on the main model, simply do the following:
The skirts should be loaded and attached to the main model automatically.
You can also do it manually by loading the skirts and attach the relative bones with the main model, then set the "Zero" slider to 1.
Huge amount of jiggle-bones are added to make things simplier. Those jiggle-bones covers the skirts (top and bottom), hair, jewelry and breast.
Due to the large amount of bones in the model, they will clip a lot if complicated animations are set on them.
In this case, you can still bake procedure bone to manually control the jiggle-bones.
A preview of the effects of jigglebones in HLMV is as below:
New groups of bones are created in "sfm defaultanimationgroups" located in "
In case of conflict, I have included "haku_group.txt" in "
"haku_group.txt" contains only the groups modified by the haku model. You can copy the content into your own "sfm defaultanimationgroups" file.
The original file contains huge amount of transparent textures.
The engine used by sourcefilmmaket has a couple of bugs with the "translucent" properties.
The potential issue is documented in https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$translucent
In those cases, "alphatest" properties has been used to replace "translucent" properties in order to avoid those issues, at the expense of quality.
A mix of both of those properties are used for various trade off considerations.
Let me know any suggestions/improvements/bugs in the comment sections. I will try to fix them if I can.
