Scarlett Rhodes (Call of Duty: Black Ops 4)

Scarlett Rhoades from COD Black Ops 4 Zombies and Blackout. Compatible with rig_biped_simple. Bodygroups for most things. No facepaint right now, but that will be fixed in future along with certain proportions and textures.

We need more Black Ops 4 models.

PLANNED FIXES:
-Adjustments to proportions (butt, chest, arms when braces are removed)
-Texture clarity improvements
-Addition of face tattoo based on game
-Improved underwear model, plus a cloth wrap for chest

Will be updated alongside a Voyage of Despair model.
