@Serum when I get some time to do it. Currently working on a commission and another model. I doubt I will be able to do it within a month.

@claudiodavid29 I use ZBrush/Maya/Substance Designer/Substance Painter/Photoshop/VTFEdit and Blender to make my models and textures.
I make my own body models from scratch, add the head to it and make my own custom rigs in Maya. I do all the weight painting myself. I create the textures in Substance Designer/Painter and Photoshop.
I am currently working on a non futa Harley Quinn from Injustice 2 with a custom body that I am making from scratch for her.

You can use Femshep's Quarters if you want the space view. It fits under it with ease.
Technically the SR3 is the one used in Mass Effect 3.
Not every model has textures for every skin group, I added the option for people to add textures themselves.
I haven't encountered those issues yet with the props. However an easy fix is to drag the model into view using RootTransform and after that using other bones to move the model around and not touching RootTransform anymore. I do the same for rope models, since they always disappear.
PhoebusTheRisen, I checked all the flexes and they are all working correctly for me. I am not getting any of the issues you are having, so I have no idea why you are having these problems.
