Alright, it should be fixed now. Tested it on a clean version of SFM and it's working. Can you try it out?
Thanks for the feedback. I tried it on a clean install of SFM and saw it. The cubemap is broken. Until I get it fixed use "mat_specular 0" in the console and this fixes it. It worked in the clean install so should work for you guys. Should't take that long to redo the cubemap anyway.
You shouldn't need any content packs. All the textures should be packed into the BSP. Where are you getting the checkerboard patterns?
I've worked out that black wall issue if anyone is still interested. If you load the session, unload the map, and then load black_void.bsp in tf_movies it fixes it. It seems to be an issue with the emptyspace map. But that being said awesome work on this!

Yeah, that's a weird glitch I couldn't work out. If you enter game mode in SFM by pressing F11 and going back out it should fix it. Not sure why.
