I'm officially declaring this project as incomplete and inactive, as I never gotten around to finishing it, and haven't worked on it in months. Any errors or issues will have to be directly fixed by those having those particular issues.


  • A beachhouse on a small tropical island. It has a pool, a pavilion, and dock on it's sandy beach.

It includes:

  • HDR Environmental Lighting
  • Interior & Hottub Lighting Added

Does not include:

  • N/A

Required to use:

  • Counter-Strike Source (materials/props)
  • There shouldn't be any errors when loading it up. The custom assets should be contained inside the BSP. If there are errors, please review the "Read Me.txt" first. If all else fails, leave a comment below, or open it up in Hammer yourself!

I ported this map from a Garry's Mod map. gm_coolhouse(

I removed all the useless entities, fixed textures & errors, and enabled HDR during the final compression. There's static props, environmental lighting, interior beach-house lights, as well as lights in the hot-ttub.

I wanted to make a no-light version, but I honestly spent hours trying to figure it out and gave up in the end.

If you're wondering why some rocks, or the tree-logs, doors, mirror, etc. are missing, just enable "Other Entities" in SFM, by right-clicking your view port and selecting them.
