It has bodygrouped straps on the arms, legs and waist. The eyes don't glow that is just a lighting effect i thought looked cool.

For the lighting on the eyes just create a new light and make it point directly at the eye. then change the color to match the texture of the visor. then just make it smaller to fit shape of visor by using the horizontal and vertical fov sliders. then adjust intensity based on how you think it looks and BAM! you have glowing eyes

If only the helmet was a seperate VMT though, I tried removing the helmet (or at least make it transparent) and, well, I can't quite do it because the only VMT files are "frog_body01_d" and "frog_body02_d" The first one hides the arms and the other hides the head and the body, sadly, the latter not only hides the body, but it also keeps the headset visible which I don't really want to. I'm not saying it's a bad model, I'm saying that I was very confused at first.
