Quick port as requested by xigva (who also did the job of finding all the necessary files for this). Taken from Daiemonic's skyrim mod, so all credit to them, I didn't do anything aside from compile it for SFM.

This is good for models with "barbie-doll" features, and maybe if you want to use it in building your own models too it could be useful. The mesh does not deform very easily though, so it can definitely be used in scenes, but you'll have to play around with both rotation and movement to make it look natural. Additionally, if your shot requires seeing inside the vagina while it is unoccupied, the body of the character mesh will probably clip through.

Source is included in the download .zip, so if anyone wants to make improvements please feel free to do so, and use however you please.
