Her arm guard thing doesn't move along with her arm. It's titled "Blender_implicit" and its a real pain.

^ There's the same issue on the Midnight Ops, except the Blender Implicit is the front part of his scarf. It's a minor bug - can be easily remedied by just locking the Blender Implicit bone to the nearest relevant bone. Not sure how disruptive it is on the Penny model though.
