It's a simple bathroom, nothing fancy. looks less terrible than my last map, but still not much of an improvement.

You may be wondering why there is no variation with both a mirror and water. That's because source can't handle water and a func_reflective_glass in the same visleaf. So this is the compromise.
Be sure to enable "other entities" or whatever.
