TONS OF NEW PROPS HOLY SHIT
Huge update, read the changelog if you're interested. Scales are smaller, and skeletons are totally different. If you were working on something, this version will definitely break it.
You can get temporary model overrides for the old skeleton and scale, to continue working on whatever you were doing until you're ready to switch. Additionally, you can get separate model overrides that scales everything back to TF2 like it was before, but with the new skeletons. This second pack is mainly for convenience when working on TF2 or similarly scaled maps, also jigglebones can't scale with the SFM scale controls so this may be necessary for animators.
All the new features have been applied to both sets of overrides, so pick and choose whatever you need, it's all there.
Note that because Levias is already huge, the scaled one in the TF2 pack will scale him all the way to his original Skyward Sword scale. You've been warned.
All supplementary files are now in a single extra download, control groups, IK rigs, particles, etc. You can find that below, but what you need for this specific submission is also in the main download.

Many of the props contained in this pack have increased polycounts and enhanced rigging from the originals.
Certain items have extended functionality to assist with animation or posing.
Included is an optional Control Groups file to allow SFM to identify and properly group all of the props' unique bones, the file is the same one included with my other Hyrule Warriors submissions so you only need it once.
The control groups files goes in SourceFilmmaker\game\platform\cfg\ Ideally, copy the contents of the bottom of the file provided into your own sfm_defaultanimationgroups.txt file, but if you have never modified this file before, it is safe to just replace it completely with the one in the download.

Bombchus: Rigged tail. Dark skin, Ocarina of Time version
Boomerangs: Spinning animation, Dark Skins
Gale Boomerang: Spinning animation, Dark Skins

Bows: Fully rigged with bodygroupable arrows, shared skeletons, Dark skins, the Hero's Bow has an alt skin to make it look like the yellow Hero's Bow from Majora's Mask
Arrows: Positioned in relation to the arrows on the Bows

Deku Nut: -
Deku Sprout: Fully rigged, flexes to adjust mouth
Deku Tree: Flex to lower mouth door, rigged leaves
Chest: Chest contains a bone to swivel the top in order to open the chest
Epona: Fully rigged, includes IK rig. Jiggleboned hair. Includes Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess versions, all with Dark skins
Cucco: Fully rigged, face flex to open beak, skins for White, Brown, Silver, Gold, and Dark cuccos, Twilight Princess Cuccos with White and Brown skins
Fairy: Will multiply bloom on its own, but there are particles you can attach to assist the effect, and add gravity reactive sparkles, merge the particle to fairy_root. Many skins for different kinds of fairies. Rigged wings, premade idle animations, just load the idle and particles, then give the model a path, easy.
Stray Fairy: All 5 skins from Majora's Mask. Attachable glow and bubble particles. Merge to fairy_stray_root. Premade floating idle animation.
Heart Container: Spinning animation, Heart inside container can be scaled or even removed completely with flexes, skin for Special Heart
Gossip Stone: Flexes to deform the stone in many ways. Alternate skins for Red, Green, and Blue overlay effects.
Gust Bellows: Fully rigged, Dark skin
Hammer: Dark skin
Heart: Spinning animation, skin for Special Heart
Hookshots: Fully rigged (78 Chain bones lol), premade animations to fire and retract the mechanism (fancy), Twilight Princess Clawshot included
Lens of Truth: -
Levias: Fully rigged with a ton of jigglebones all over his rig.
Horse Call: Spinning animation, fully rigged
Magic Jar: Spinning animation
Majora's Mask: Positioned to bonemerge straight to faces, flexes to move horns back (like in the original game)
Majora's Moon: Consumes everything, flexes to make ANGRY FAIC and open the mouth
Map: Fully rigged and a couple flexes to do some basic deforms
Material Bag: Skins for all 3 types, jigglebones strings, flexes to deform the bag
Ocarina: Can bonemerge straight to Link's right hand with no further adjusting needed, skins for Fairy and Golden Ocarinas
Pumpkin: It's a pumpkin.
Rupees: Spinning animation, Skins for Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Orange, Silver, Gold, and Black (Rupoor), additional skins to toggle a translucency effect for each skin if desired (does not break AO)

Wind Waker: Can be used to change wind direction in currently loaded scene
