Description

Every wanted to use the Laer model but needed some more content to make it work? Well this outfit model should help. I decided to mess around with Blender and do my best to attempt to sculpt the outfit to fit one of the only femboy models I know of for sfm.

Requirements: For this to work you will need to have Honoka by LordAardvark: https://sfmlab.com/item/3097/ Laer by Laersect: https://sfmlab.com/item/366/

How to use: For the most part you would apply this outfit like any of LordAardvark's DOA Fantasy/Curvy outfits however due to me being new at this there are a few extra bits required.

Step 1: Parent the outfit root to Laer's root and use the zero preset Step 2: Flatten out the arms and legs into the normal T pose position Step 3: Parent the outfit bones to their corresponding model bones Step 4: Add scale controls to Laer's calves and set them to the lowest

Notes:

-If there are any errors you spot where the outfit is clipping through the model please provide a screenshot with the area highlighted. The model looks good in Blender but some areas slip through during the transition to sfm.

-I would like to add support for LordAardvark's outfit loader but that would require more experimentation with the rig to get the bones rotated in the correct directions. (Trying to set the bones to 0 on position and rotation will cause the parts to rotate 90 degrees)

-The download for this and any potential other outfit will only ever contain the model out of respect to the original poster. You will require their original model for all of the textures.

-The clothes may look lumpy in some areas, I am experimenting with inspecting the model in VR so I can spot any potential problems before I export it to sfm

I have been experimenting with it and have a few in mind that I want to do. Also wanna experiment with altering the original model so the outfit loader script will work with it.
