SFM Port of Ran Yakumo, Yukari Yakumo's shikigami from Touhou Project's videogame saga. I found the MMD model on a random russian website, so i have no clue about the author, sorry ><


  • Several flexes to animate her face, vagina and anus
  • Bodygroups to remove her bikini and hat
  • Finger bones
  • Eye bones
  • Tongue bones
  • Breasts, butt, hair, ears, hat and tails jigglebones (woot!)
  • Supports Ambient Occlusion
  • Body, neck, face and tails materials allow $phongboost and $phongexponent attributes to make them look "wet"
  • Even if the tails are jigglebones, there are 9 main tail bones (1 for each tail) so you can move the tails to remove clipping issues without losing the jigglebone effect by baking the bones. There is also a "tails root" bone if you want to move all tails at the same time.
  • Also, there is a bone called "breasts adjust" in the Unknown group that allows to manually move her breasts, to exaggerate a bit more the movement of the jigglebones
  • Includes a rig called "rig touhou", so you don't need to create one.


I included all the tail bones in a new main group called "Nine-Tails". You won't see it unless you modify your "sfm defaultanimationgroups" file located in "...\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\cfg". I included my copy of this file, so you can replace the one you have with mine (remember to do a backup!). If you don't modify this file, the bones will be inside the "Unknown" group, so isn't such a big deal.

This will also affect the tail bones of my Young Ran model.

Right click the model on the list to the left of the screen, then select Body Groups -> bikini top/bottom/hat (whatever you want to remove) and select "none" to make it disappear

Ah, i'm afraid not. They're part of the character and their purpose was to use them. However, if you want to remove them, there is a "cheap trick": you can override the materials and create an attribute $alpha set to 0 for the tails. That will make the tails invisible :3 Follow these steps: 1- Right click on the model -> add override materials (green arrow), then select "Show in Element Viewer -> Model" (red arrow) ![]( "picture") 2- After that, open the "materials" tab, right-click "tails" and select "Add attribute" -> float. Name it $alpha and press enter. It will be set to 0 by default and you should see the tails disappear. ![]( "picture2") Hope this is useful :3

I finally got around to using this model and holy shit its soooo good! I can safely say that this is the first ever anime-ish model ill be using seriously. I loved the pinkish skin in certain spots, the flexes and the deformations look good from a certain angle. I love it! ^^

No clue, i found it by pure luck after 2237238974 hours looking for a nude model for Ran. it was just a download page like mediafire, mega, etc.. so there weren't more models to download

@Espion Ah, sorry, could you show me a picture of the issue? i checked the Younger Ran model and i didn't find any issues with her. I can't see the picture that you added on your first post >< @themastergamer121 In fact, they're not. They're slightly smaller than the Adult Ran model. Maybe they look bigger because Young Ran model has a smaller body. I compared both models and i can assure you that adult Ran's tails are bigger.

(I really want to see your idea :3) The model has tail bones, but they're "hidden" because they're jigglebones, like the hair/breasts (if you move the model, they move "alone" without needing to animate them) If you want to remove this effect to animate them manually, just right-click the name of the model and select "Utilities" then "Bake procedural bones". The tails/hair/breast bones should appear on the list and you will be avle to manipulate then as you want.
