MMD to SFM port from this lovely MMD model of "Ramesses II", from the Chinese videogame "Moeoh Ex".

Before anything else, let me give a very big hug to Horsey, uwotinfokm8 and esk-0 for making this port possible. Without them i wouldn't have been able to do it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  • Face, vagina and nipples flexes
  • 2 skins: one with "tatoos" on her skin (set by default) and one without them
  • Includes a flex called "Eyes follow camera". This flex makes the model to look at the ACTIVE camera. If you change to another camera, the model will look to the new one, so be careful. If you have 2 screens set, the model will look directly to both of them, even if the position/angle is different. Funny :p
  • Bodygroups to remove her socks, hat, jewelry... everything :3
  • Breasts jigglebones (no point making more jigglebones, since there would be clipping issues everywhere)
  • Eyes bones (EyeLeft and EyeRight)
  • Supports Ambient Occlusion
  • You can set phongboost and phongexponent attributes on the materials to make the body look wet. Little warning here: the body is divided on several textures, so if you want to set the "body", you need to modify "body mune" (breasts), body and body2 (because the model has several tatoos, the model is divided vertically). You have to edit body3 and body4 respectively if you're using the second skin (without tatoos). It happens something similar with her hair: you need to change hair01 and hair02.
  • The model has around 200 bones on her hair/skirt (good luck with this lol). See more information below.
  • Includes a rig called "rig ramesses", so you don't need to create one.
  • Included a script called "revzin assemble autoload" to assemble her skirt easily. See more information below.

This model has A LOT of bones: 363 in total, and very few of them could have been deleted. Since SFM only allows a maximum of 256 i had to split the model in 2: The main model "Ramesses" and the Skirt (left, right and back side): "Ramesses Skirt". Both includes bodygroups to remove the jewelry.

To attach the skirt to the main body you could drag the "bip hips" bone from the main body to the skirt's "bip hips" bone and then set the "Zero" slider to 1, but it can be done way more easier. For that, i included a script called "revzin assemble autoload" that must be placed on the same folder than the rigs (.../scripts/sfm/animset/). If you extract the file as it is you shouldn't have any issue.

This script designed by Revzin (you can see more info here) will load the skirt directly on the model. You won't need to do anything else.

So, in resume, if you want to attach the skirt to the main body:

  1. Load the main model "Ramesses"
  2. Right click on her name. Select "Rig" -> "revzin assemble autoload"

Bam. Done. The skirt will be perfectly ready to use. You can do this either before or after setting the normal rig, it doesn't matter. Even if you remove the skirt model, you can execute the script again and the skirt will be loaded once more. Pretty handy ^^

Caution: this make the bones of the skirt unselectable, so you may want to change it clicking the arrow:

Since the model has a lot of bones for her skirt/hat/jewelry, i created new groups for the bones. This is configured on the file called "sfm defaultanimationgroups" located in "...\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\cfg". Make a copy of your file for safety, since mine will override it.

The new groups included are: Circle, Chains, Tassels, Long-Hair and Ramesses-Skirt. It also includes the "Nine-Tails" group from my Ran Yakumo models.

If you don't modify this file, the bones will be inside the "Unknown" group, which may make things a bit annoying to handle, since there are A LOT of bones.

Something to keep in mind:

  • The socks may clip with the skin of her legs. This is an issue with the MMD model itself and i couldn't fixed it. It's easily avoidable if you don't try to make weird angles with her feet (entirely avoidable if you remove the "socks" bodygroup).
  • The front/back "chains" (no idea how to call them... it's the decoration "pending" on the jewelry on her waist) doesn't have bones like the ones on her chest (left/right)- They're part of the front/back skirt itself, so if you want to move them, you need to move the skirt (it looks kinda bad, so it can be removed with the "jewelry skirt front" and "jewelry skirt" bodygroups if needed).

And that's all. Hope you like it! ^^

There are appears to be a transparency issue with the entire left half of the model's materials mapped to body2, which encompass the upper eyelid fold and the eyelashes. see below: [transparency issue](https://my.mixtape.moe/potrmm.png) and when alphatested, just as a demonstration: [better, but need to disable ambient occlusion across the entire material, right eyelid fold still not perfect (needs some other solution)](https://my.mixtape.moe/aljotn.png) I'm not an expert but perhaps you might find a partial solution in separating the vertices that make up the folds/eyelashes to assign them their own alphatested/translucent materials. There's also an issue with the nails on the left hand; on the thumb and index finger.

My god, i can't believe i didn't see that. Yeah, the problem was on the texture used. The body uses "body" and "body2". It seems the eyes of "body2" were not made properly. Luckily they're both pngs, so a quick fix on photoshop solved it :3 I uploaded a new version. The only changes are on the body2 vmt/vtf files from materials/models. They don't affect anything, so don't worry if you started posing/animating her ;) Regarding the issues with the nails... yeah, i noticed it too. However i can't fix it. If i remove the nails there are holes at the top of the fingers, so i need to keep the nails. And there wasn't a way to fix their position without messing the other 7 fingers... I'm afraid that issue is going to stay. Sorry ><

Apart from the weird reverse tan lines for the jewelry (darker instead of lighter), this is an awesome model. The sheer amount of bones for her hair and skirt and various tassels makes me terrified to animate her, but she's perfect for posters.

By the way, i always do an animation as test before releasing a model. Animating the hair/skirt/tassels is not that hard, but requires time ^^U

I think that technically they're tatoos, not tan lines :3 I may be wrong, though. But i remember that kind of egyptian "tatoos". Maybe i'm just stupid and completely wrong, but i know for sure they're not tan lines :p

I loved it, but the breasts have flat shading.

Mmm interesting. I know this MMD model was made on purpose to remove her clothes. Maybe there wasn't intention to temove the "jewelry"? I don't know if this is annoying for you. I kinda like it :3

They are neither tanlines nor tattoos, they are baked shadows. Something you're likely to find on a model that wasn't intended on being stripped down.

Keep the texture as is, sunburnt skin is nice.

Hello again :3 Just in case, i found another file for her skin without the tatoos/whatever it's on her skin. I modified the model to allow 2 skins. The first one is the version with "tatoos", the second one doesn't have them. I included 2 screenshots to let you see how they look ;) I already modified the description, but... warning: the skin 0 (default) uses **body** and **body2** materials. If you want to use phongboost/phongexponent/whatever on the body of the second skin, you have to edit **body3** and **body4** materials respectively. If you already started using the model from the previous version, you don't need to load the model again (don't worry :p). However, to load the new body3/body4 materials you need to do the following: - Right click on the model -> Utilities -> Reattach to model - If the mats are already overriden: right click the model -> Remove Override materials -> Add Override materials (if not, just Add Override materials) If you didn't started using the model yet, just load a new one. It should have everything by default ;)

@DevlisCry Ah, ok. I use the tutorial on the workshop but he leaves a lot out. I'll check that one out! Renaming bones is going to suck, that's where I quit last time I tried =_=

@aliassfm huh? it only takes like 20 mins, just find a model that has english names for blender or SFM, open up a new instance of blender and copy bone names from model A to model A*

@DevilsCry Any chanced you'd record how you go about porting the models? I've tried my hand a couple times and it's never gotten out of blender.

THANK YOU! I've been searching for so long to find similar gold body jewelry, stirrup-ed socks, & accessories for my own personal projects and here they are in which i couldn't have enough of. What a relief! Not to mention a fantastic job on the model.
