B.O.B.'s Classic skin, along with his recolors (Paintbrush/Sunflower/Tansy/Yucca) as well as his Epic skins (Posh/Thorn).

Original rigging with the exception of some simplified cloth bones. Weights are fully intact.

Credits for renders go to, in order: Midnight, Legoformer1000, Mr. Light, and Craxytavi. I actually did the thumbnail for once, neat.

Some notes: B.O.B. is split into two models: bob_primary.mdl and bob_primary_2.mdl. This is due to material limits, so the former includes Classic, Paintbrush, and Sunflower. The latter has Classic, Tansy, and Yucca skins.

This uses BlueFlytrap's debased PBR conversion workflow. The metals will appear to look black, but you need to add lights to make it look good. This doesn't mean "slap a spotlight on it", but rather at least 6 shadowless lights to simulate the environment, coupled with some good use of radius. Please look at the first preview image.

Credit to Blizzard Entertainment for the model and rigging, I simply ported it without permission.

SFMLab is a free service. However, it costs about $0.03 to deliver you a 1GB file. With over 20TB of traffic every month and growing, SFMLab needs your help. If only 1% of our users each gave us $5 for a single month, we could keep the site running for several years.

How to extract Unity models
Unity is an engine that's used for many games. So how do we get to the models and textures? With some publicly available tools, of course!
