Promethean Knights from Halo 4.


  • Knight (minor)
  • Skin groups for Didact and Librarian control
  • Plenty of bodygroups
  • Semi-functional IK rig (issues with hands/arms)

Other Knight variations will be added in future updates.

These models use custom cubemaps provided by Hyperchaotix.

Models are property of 343 Industries/Microsoft. I take no credit for creating them; I merely extracted them from the game files and set them up for use in Source Filmmaker.

@Soul, I'm just wondering, any status updates on the Didact, Crawlers, Knight variants? Also, looking forward to those Reach props, interiors, etc... Although, I must admit, the lack of Knight variants is why most of the Prometheans in my art don't use a lot of weapons, save for the Boltshot(non-Forerunner weapons otherwise, like that blood-coated AR)/Suppressor/Light Rifle, with exceptions for some characters. A reason for why Crawlers are never really featured in my artwork is because only the neck joints, head, pincers, jaws are posable, the body itself appears to be rigged in a very weird way, making it impossible to pose it without having to 'hide' the body, or not pose the body itself. I've begun featuring them again, because why not? Furthermore, Ur-Didact has been featured quite often in my artworks. In short: -Knight variations would be a nice addition, but I can wait for that. -Crawler body problems have not yet been addressed, I can wait but I'd like to know if it's in the works or at least being considered still. -Watchers are absent from Prometheans. Not a big deal but would be a nice touch to have them (two bodygroups, two skingroups: wings open/closed, blue/orange; static model). -Ur-Didact still unfinished, or just outright forgotten? I've been asked once or twice by a few people to put him up but I am not you. I've been glancing over the Facepunch thread and there appears to be no sign of anything on him except the thing saying (to me) that you've discontinued Halo 4 content, which to me means that nobody will ever get Ur-Didact. Ever. P.S: I am presuming that I have been muted or ignored somehow for reasons I am probably dimly aware of, probably because of my questions. Has to be my questions...

There are no planned updates for Forerunner related content, sorry. I might work on them when I get done working on current content. These things take time, and I have had little to no free time in the last week to work on anything. So you'll just have to wait.
