I went with Cannon Liz over the curvy variants because the curvy proportions were offensively different from the actual model.

As with any high quality model created by these two, the hair breasts and butt are jiggleboned.
I tone adjusted all three of Mercy's head skins as best as I could, so go to town.
All of Mercy's head bodygroups work like a charm
Can't get rid of the face/neck armor. Gonna have to deal with that limitation. Every Mercy model I know of has it.
For some reason Mets' Mercy didn't have a jaw flex, so you need to pose it manually. Just doing an axis-bound rotation works like a charm and is basically the same as a flex.
