SFM Port of Kaat, made by J&J [http://jim994.tumblr.com/]

There is already a NSFW model of Kaat in SFMLab, but it's still beta. This version is updated and finished :3


  • Several flexes to animate her face, vagina and anus.
  • There is a special flex called "eye follow". Once set to 1, the model will look at the active camera, even if you move it, so keep it in mind in case you change to another camera.
  • Bodygroups to remove/show her clothes
  • Finger bones
  • Toe bones (and each finger by separate in the unkown group). They only work with her "legs nude" bodygroup, not with her "boots" bodygroup active.
  • Eye bones (EyeLeft and EyeRight)
  • Tongue bones
  • Supports Ambient Occlusion
  • Clothes, hair and face allow $phongboost and $phongexponent attributes to make them look "wet" (however, her stockings doesn't allow it, since they have transparencies and SFM doesn't like having both things at the same time :/).
  • Breasts, hair, cat ears, cat tail, bow and boot laces jigglebones
  • There are 2 bones called "LeftBreast" and "RightBreast" that allows you to manipulate her breasts without needing to remove the jigglebones. Also, there is a "tail root" bone that works the same way for her tail.
  • Includes a rig called "rig kaat", so you don't need to create one.


  • If the movement on her chest is too much, her breast may clip with her top if you're using a "top open" option, so maybe you'll need to fix the movement manually once done. Same thing happens with the "Top down" bodygroup, since part of it moves the same way than her breasts, so it may clip with her chest.
  • With certain positions, the elbows may look deformed. You can fix them manually by adjusting the bones called "LeftElbowAux" and "RightElbowAux" availables in the unknown group.

Splitting the modeling into parts is a win-win situation, splitting the clothing from the original mesh can result in more control on the dress when doing poses and such. The material limitation will be omit in this case since at least two-third of the materials will go to the cloths' model, which can free up more slots for other parts of the model to have their own material settings. Nice model btw. :)

@mark2580, thanks for the tips. I'm really rookie regarding materials edition, so all the stuff with normals, bumpmap/lightward i have no idea. I just copy & paste it from other models xD The QC included the "mostlyopaque" setting, so i guess it can be fixed by editing the vtf/vmt. However, i would like to ask you: i had a problem with Kaat because she had way more than 32 materials (damn SFM limitation...), so i had to share some of them. On this case, the material of the bow it's shared with the name "Kaat" on her collar. If i remove the transparency to fix her bow, it ruins her name. How does it look the name "kaat" on her collar after your fix?

I do not see any problems with it. https://i.imgur.com/VJ27fXy.png So I noticed that the topic has no transparency, in the screenshot you can see the result $translucent 1 + $ambientocclusion 0 Just remember that for the correct operation in QC, the parameter $ mostlyopaque And in materials with $alphatest or $translucent, you must disable AO. At the expense of the limit of materials: this limit is relevant for all games on the engine Source Engine and it can not be changed. I have often faced this problem. As an option, you can make separate clothing models for example, like RedMenace or LordAardvark and they can be used as caps and other stuff for TF2.

Why did you get rid of that other model? Did some asshole get after you and coerce you into deleting it? Either way, I may now have to resort to uploading it on my own accord.

Unfortunately the original author asked me to remove it. It's a model that you actually have to pay to obtain, so i kinda understand his position, even if there is no port-support for other platforms. The model was offline for 1-2 days, so i guess it's over internet now, but at least i have to be decent enough to remove the original source. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This is just a hobby for me, but for some people it's a business, and i don't intend to harm them with my ports. That's the last thing i want to do.

Mmm not really, after tumblr nuked most of my post i didn't care anymore, so i mostly upload everything on rule34.paheal/xxx. Recently i made an account in ecchi.iwata.tv (https://ecchi.iwara.tv/users/devilscry), but... "meh" :/. I'm gonna try to upload everything there, but there is no proper site anymore. Technically my mega archive is where i upload everything.

@DevilsCry Would you be willing to share any Pokémon models you may have? I've entered the SFM scene too late and they're gone from SFMLab due to Nintendo's purge BS a while back.
