SFM Port of a "young" version of Ran Yakumo, Yukari Yakumo's shikigami from Touhou Project's videogame saga, made by Pr0nb0tz.


  • Several flexes to animate her face, vagina and anus
  • Breast bones
  • Finger bones
  • Hair bones
  • Ears bones
  • Eye bones
  • 36 tail bones: 4 bones for each tail (9 tails. Good luck animating that ò.ó/). Not all bones are together on the list, but they work.
  • Includes a rig called "rig touhou youngran", so you don't need to create one.
  • Technically not loli because nine-tailed foxes are at least 800 years old :3

Caution, some flexes like the "><" eyes (called "ah") may create small holes on her left leg, so try to avoid them if possible. I kept them because they may be useful for someone with certain positions, but take this in mind (the typical blink/wink doesn't have this issue, so don't worry)

Some of the flexes on "unknown" causes a dent on her left ass cheek xD Especially "o" Otherwise great model. Nicely done!

Oh I just realised all the mouth related ones have huge effects on many parts of the body. =\ Anyway, I'll try to avoid them like you said int he description.

Yeah, i noticed them now... no clue why it's happening. I separate the head from the bldy on purpose to remove that, but somehow it still happens... :/ I'm sorry, i'm afraid i don't know how to fix that without ruining the model

Mmmm i'm not entirely sure if the AO work well with this model, since i'm newbie porting. I'm trying to learn now for the adult Ran port, but... not sure if it'll work. At least it will be compatible with phongboost and phongexponent. Regarding the adult Ran, the port is "finished", i'm trying to create jigglesbones for her <3. I'll share the model once i manage to create decent jigglebones and make an animation as test to check if everything works :3

Yeah, thank you very much. I need to sit down and study blender a bit more. My main problem with this flexes issues is that in Blender everything looks fine and moves properly. It gets deformed only after compilong it and losing the model on SFMlab. And i absolutely would love to learn to create jigglebones. I'll check the Soria QC :3. Right now i'm trying to port the adult version of Ran (technically her "canon" body), so it would be nice if i can apply it :3

Good news, Sleepy_Sukima. I did some tests and managed to support AO on this model and enable phongbost/exponent on her body/face/tails. Now it should work fine :3 Still need to test it on the adult Ran model, because enabling this makes his body transparent :/

sorry for the long text. From blender wiki:A very useful feature of Blender shape keys is the ability to change the mesh in one shape key and have that change affect all existing shape keys. Such changes would usually best be done with the base mesh (the Basis key), as this is the un-deformed mesh and any changes will probably be more predictable. So, if you decide the basic shape needs some adjustment, select Basis from the shape key menu and fix the mesh in Edit mode. Then, with all edited vertices still selected, press W-key and choose "Propagate To All Shapes". Return to object mode and examine the remaining shapes to make sure that everything happened as you expected. Remember that you cannot add or delete vertices, edges or faces when you do this. You can only move, rotate or scale existing ones. this might help with left hip issue. though i did recompiled the model as DMX and the issue got fixed, but the cost is losing the body flexes since its in a seperate mesh. I hope you might consider adding jiggle bones (check soria QC) ' eye controls (I've broken the flexes by deleting some vertices ) and parent bone for each jiggle bone. And thank you for the wonderful work you've dont.

Glad you make it work ^^ Remember the warning of my description, though. Some flexes of her face may "break" her left leg or vagina, so don't forget to check that before rendering the poster/videos :3

can you fix the texture or mesh errors concerning the lower half of her body and perhaps add anime eye hearts and perhaps make the hair on the back of her head a bit more flexible?

Ok, thanks, i finally found the error. It seems some flexes are bugged and sometimes can mess with the leg/ass (like the "sad" emote). I'm afraid i don't know how to fix it, since i just do the port, i have no idea how to resolve this issue, sorry >< Same goes for the rest, i don't know how to add new flexes, and making the hair on the head means to create new bones and weight paint the model, which i'm terrible at it ><

ok i'll see what i can do if i find out the fix for these errors along with adjusting the weight of specific bones and add the requested eye addons I have only one question can i publish it when i'm done or no?
