> The cape loads purple and black. Other than that, great model. I'm not so sure what the problem is but you may try looking into the materials folder. I dumped all the textures and materials into the download. It could be that the Cape's material didn't go to the right place. Make sure all the VMTs are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\materials\models\Stealth2111\Models\BATMAN

Thanks for this Stealth! For those having trouble with the cape, you have to convert the 3 cape textures from PNG to VTF, and modify the VMT to point to the correct directory.

Alright. Huggybear seemed to find a fix but I think I got it. Uploaded a revision, if I screwed up worse let me know and redo the entire model from scratch so there wont be any fowl ups.

> Once I found where the right bones were it was easy to use. One question: how do I get rid of the cape? To get rid of the Cape you need to right click the model in the animation viewer and hit "Add override materials" after that. Right click the model again and click view in element viewer. Find materials and then cape. Right click And hit add atrribute. Hit alpha. Should make the cape disappear. To bring it back just delete the new atrribute or change the value from 0 to 1
