Sounds like you're missing a material file. Check the folder in Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\materials\models\mkx\kano is the ka_a1_skin.vmt file there ?

Hi, I can't seem to find the solution to Kano, his supposed skin on his hands and face are not registering when I add him as model
