"Pregnants are specialized Necromorphs named after the enormous sac that extrudes from their abdominal area, the contents of which are other, smaller forms of Necromorphs which burst forth when the sac is damaged."
Pregnant extracted from the game files of Dead Space 2.
The model is missing the helper bones for the "sack destruction" animation, as I couldn't really get them working.
