This is my first attempt at Daz to SFM. Lots of weird issues but for the most part I got it. Most of the DAZ content has way to many verts for sfm. It crashes with some of the model parts I tested. I'll keep learning more about this and probably try a male model and something that is more flexible and headless for head hacking (similar to the anime morphable body by lootz).
Textures are also really basic and I gave up on eye posing. You can rotate the eyes with the bones.
If anyone can point me to good tutorial for skins and textures, I'll make the morphable body have color modifiers to match head tones more accurately.
How to use: Load the 3 models -base -Hair -Clothes Drag the base model on to the other models to lock transforms Select the locked models and Zero them out Attach rig to base model
Rigging: -Eye Posing -View Target -Clipping on clothes when layered
SFMLab is a free service. However, it costs about $0.03 to deliver you a 1GB file. With over 20TB of traffic every month and growing, SFMLab needs your help. If only 1% of our users each gave us $5 for a single month, we could keep the site running for several years.
