@cleancity15u If you're getting errors opening VMF's it sounds like you're trying to open them in VTFEdit when they are not 100% properly syntaxed. If you open them in a text editor like Notepad++ they open just fine.

I'm getting black and purple textures, even thought I installed everything to the correct folders (T.T)

Wow fantastic model Stealth! Noticed a small problem with eyes. They look a little dark in shots. I tried opening eye_left and eye_right VMT files and got an error both times. Also didn't see a corresponding VTF file for either. Was able to open the other VMT files no problem.

LordAardvark, while flex animation is certainly within the general category of vertex animation, the terms are not *strictly* interchangeable in Source terminology: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Flex_animation https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Vertex_animation TL;DR version: Flexes can only move vertexes in straight lines. Vertex animation is much more sophisticated, but is supported by very few versions of Source. That said, I am in the bad habit of mixing the terms, and I actually had to go back through my post in order to correct myself. (I'd certainly assume that it's not supported across multiple bodygroups, but I've never actually tested it - I don't have the right software to export it).

Well then. That certainly helps. I will take another look at her model later and see if I can rectify the problem. It's only happened on one other model I've done so I might check that out also.. I knew about a vertex limit but I didn't know it had anything to do with the flexes. Some handy knowledge there. Thank you. ;)

Just started using this with some harley/Ivy goodness, love the model, but i went in and played with the eyes a bit in photoshop, i feel the whites are too...dull, makes her look very odd, sort of.......Alien....if you will!? hah, pun intended. Still a million thanks, good model

@LiruLover Since this was a commissioned model, I would only add on or change it if the commissioner wanted to.

@Jahmon You're going to have to be more specific... chances are you missed the detail textures. Reinstall the materials folder.
