Tales from the Borderlands: Gortys Model Pack

This model pack includes Gortys, Phase I Gortys (with legs), and Phase II Gortys (giant mecha Gortys). They are all to scale... so Phase II Gortys is ENORMOUS.

All three models feature dynamic outlines, and a body group for facial expressions (21 different expressions).

In addition to the facial expression body group, the Gortys model has additional skins for a dirty/damaged variant, and orange eyes/mouth variants.

In addition to the facial expression body group, Phase I Gortys also comes with a body group for a holographic intergalactic Vault map, and an additional skin for the orane eyes/mouth variants.

In addition to the facial expression body group, the Phase II Gortys model also has body groups for the Vault Beacon, and left and right hands.

I have not included any Gortys-related objects/props, because some of the textures are proving to be quite elusive. Especially the texture for her sword blade. There are over 4k textures in the episode 5 game files, and I've looked at each and every one at least 10 times, and I just can't find that thing. I may at some point release these Gortys objects separately, but I didn't want to hold up the release of the Gortys models any longer than I have already, trying to find the missing textures.

If you use these models, send me a link to the finished project; I'd love to see it!

Do not repost/upload this model elsewhere... certainly do not claim it as your own work. Please ask before porting to a different format.

Gortys and Tales from the Borderlands belong to Telltale Games and Gearbox Software.

SFMLab is a free service. However, it costs about $0.03 to deliver you a 1GB file. With over 20TB of traffic every month and growing, SFMLab needs your help. If only 1% of our users each gave us $5 for a single month, we could keep the site running for several years.

Getting rid of Pink Models in Blender
Pink models are, similar to how it is in game engines, a sign that Blender is unable to find some textures. A common issue with downloaded files, and relatively easy to fix.
