This is a port of Stealth2111's Meryl SFM1 model to SFM2, he made the model I just got it into SFM2. Done with Stealth2111's permission.


  • Original face and body morphs of Stealth2111's SFM1 model
  • Original body groups of Stealth2111's SFM1 model
  • Compatible with SFM2's Auto-Attach Rig
  • Renamed bones for body and finger so SFM2 sorts them automatically

Installation instructions:

Extract the content of the archive into your Half-Life Alyx\game\hlvr_addons\ currentaddon folder

Just apply the Auto-Attach Rig

Body Group Instructions

The model has named body groups, but the names don't show up in SFM2 for some reason (they do in the model view). Also you have to manually disable the previous body group when enabling a new one by unchecking it. The "Outfit" group changes her different outfits. The last option in the outfit is the nude option (have to uncheck all other outfit options). The "Head" bodygroup switches between just hair, hair+ headband or facemask (only 1 should be checked in SFM2). The "NudeOptions" options allow to add pieces of clothing individually when her main outfit is nude, you can check multiple here to get the desired look. The "Props" body group spawns her Desert Eagle (which looks a bit funky due to shader issues) or Famas. There is a Prop_R bone to move the weapons if you spawn them in her hand. There are also body sliders available in case there is some clipping through the clothes or you want to adjust her nude appearance.


In SFM2 there don't seem to be sliders or a view target for the eyes. So you have to move them by rotating the eye bones sorted in the face group.

This is my one of my first ports so it isn't perfect yet, but should function well enough. I tested it will all SFM2 lights and things seemed good to go, just be careful with strong non-shadowed lights or she will turn red (from Subsurface Scattering).

Any help/feedback is much appreciated to improve things. If I make improvements I will update the model. Thanks again to Stealth2111 for permission to port the model to SFM2.

Getting rid of Pink Models in Blender
Pink models are, similar to how it is in game engines, a sign that Blender is unable to find some textures. A common issue with downloaded files, and relatively easy to fix.
