[SFM2] Baron Zemo (Marvel Future Fight)


This is a port of SSingh511's Zemo XNALara model to SFM2. A low poly model, but might still work for far away shots/background character. Perfect for rave parties.


  • Rudimentary facial flex controller with a few flexes (one that makes sense with the mask)
  • Upscaled textures using Real-ESRGAN, added detail textures/normals
  • Compatible with SFM2's Auto-Attach Rig (instructions below)
  • Renamed bones for body and finger so SFM2 sorts them automatically

Installation instructions:

Extract the content of the archive into your Half-Life Alyx\game\hlvr_addons\ currentaddon folder

The entire model is contained in "justaZemoSFM2"

Flex instructions:

Some basic flexes included. Compatible with the sfm_default_animation_groups from my other SFM2 models

The eyes don't rotate/work as the base model didn't really have any eyeballs/flexes for it. If someone really needs rotating eyes I can try to add some later.

Everything should work as well as with my other SFM2 ports. Any help/feedback is much appreciated to improve things.
