This is a playermodel for Garry's Mod first and foremost... Does that mean it is worthless for SFM? Not necessarily. It includes a collision mesh, bones, viewmodel hands and lua required to enable it as a playermodel in game. So... you wouldn't need to use autorigger and do a ton of other setting up if you used this model over the original.

To install the traditional way, extract the zip you downloaded then drop the folder "Thiccheili" into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
