Important notes:

The textures are very high quality, which makes SFM freak out. Make sure your computer has okay-ish specs so you don't have to stare at a slideshow while animating him.

Model has shapekeys to fatten up the clothes to help solve clipping issues.

added extra "fun" shapekeys as well.

You can switch between using normal maps or not with files in the download you can copy and drag into usermod (or whatever folder you use for models.)

Model MAY still have some issues, so reach out if you found any problems with it.
