Below are the Terms of Service and site rules of SFMLab. By using this site, you agree to these terms. The SFMLab site staff holds the right to change and update these terms at any time, without warning.
SFMLab uses CloudFlare and Google Analytics services to anonymously monitor site traffic in order to gain insight into site usage and protect the site against malicious users. By using this site, you agree that the SFMLab staff may gather this data. The SFMLab site staff will not share your site registration information with any other third parties. Although the site staff has taken many precautions to protect your data, we can not guarentee safety of your data. While the SFMLab site staff is responsible for the protection of your data on the server, it is your own responsibility to think about what kind of information you share with us, and what you can do to help protect your own data.(i.e., use a unique password for SFMLab)
You agree that you will not abuse the site, its data and infrastructure. You will not perform DDoS, XSS, SQL injections or other attacks that might provide you with unauthorized access to server resources, make the site unreachable for others, deteriorate site performance or damage equipment.
You agree that you will treat other site users with respect by being courteous and polite. Trolling, flaming and/or other forms of abuse will result in a permanent ban. SFMLab has a zero tolerance policy against illegal content. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to bestiality and lolicon. If you are unsure whether or not your content fits this site, please contact an admin.
The site operators are not responsible for any damages, material or immaterial, that might result from your use of this site. By uploading files to this site, you declare that you hold the rights to the intelectual property that you upload. You agree that you will not upload material to which you do not own the necessary rights.
DMCA: Digital Millennium Copyright Act
SFMLab will try its best to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The site staff will respond to DMCA notifications. If enough evidence has been presented, the site staff will be taking down the offending content and issue a warning to the uploader. If you are or represent a rights holder whose work has been infringed upon on this website, please file a notification by following the steps below.
Filing a notification
Notifications should be filed per email and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org The notification must:
- Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon (i.e., describe the work that you own).
- Identify the content on the site that you claim is infringing on your copyright (preferably include a hyperlink to the offending content)
- Identify yourself as being the legitimate rights holder of the copyrighted work that is being infringed upon. (i.e. proof of identity and documentation that links you to the copyrighted work as being the rights holder)
- Provide a reasonably sufficient method of contacting you. Email address is preferred.
